Stress and How to Deal It

Stress. One of the emotions and feelings everyone faces. For a teenager, it could be the depending homework or breakup, for an adult it could be stress at work with an employee. The key to dealing with stress is to relax and do what you love. When I was researching into ideas of how to deal with stress, many talked about having warm baths with candles and a Spotify playlist. Although this is a way to relax, it doesn't ever actually attack what you are trying to get over. Do anything you love. It could be such a simple thing, such as playing with your dog or just snuggling up to an episode of old classics, such as Full House. Grab yourself a tea and read that book you've had collecting dust. Look at photo albums. Blast a little bit of Fleetwood Mac. It's all up to you! Another thing you can do is a stress diary. Get a journal, personalize the outside and write in it anytime you feel stressed or anxious. People have different ways to take a large weight of their shoulders, such as talking to a loved one or writing it down. Also, just a reminder that when you are stressed, you are usually angry, so try to neglect all negative thoughts. When you're with the people you love, think positive only.
Big Love,
